Machine vision lens mount
Machine vision lens mount is mainly divided into two categories: screw and bayonet. Screw mouth mainly includes 0.75 (M42, m58, M72, etc.), C mouth, CS mouth, M90 × 1, etc. The bayonet mainly includes F-Port, V-port C-Port and CS port, which are the most common international standard interfaces for industrial cameras.
They are 1-32un inch inch screw connection ports. The screw connection of C-type interface and CS type interface is the same, the difference is that the back intercept of C-type interface is 17.5mm, and that of CS type interface is 12.5mm. Therefore, the industrial camera with CS interface needs to add a 5mm joint ring when using C lens. The industrial camera with C interface cannot use the lens with CS interface. F interface lens is the interface standard of Nikon lens, so it is also called Nikon port. It is also a common type of industrial camera.
Generally, when the target surface of industrial camera is greater than 1 inch, it needs f port lens. V interface lens is the main standard used by Schneider lens, a famous professional lens brand. It is also generally used for industrial cameras with large target or special purpose lens.
